How soon will you ship my order?

We aim to ship within one day of receiving payment, except for orders placed over weekends or Bank Holidays.

Cut off times for Special Delivery / next day are 13:00

How much is the shipping to...?

The shipping is calculated automatically, after you have registered a valid address. Shipping within the UK is included in the item price.

I cannot find the stylus or belt I require, are you likely to have other items not listed on the site?

We stock over 700 different styli and cartridges which fit around 10,000 different models, so please ask if you do not see what you require.

I have ordered the wrong item, can I return it?

Of course, we will accept any item back that is unused and is in a re-saleable condition for a refund or exchange.

Original shipping cost is not refunded and return postage is paid by the buyer.

You can send us an image of your current cartridge or stylus for me to identify to info@gettheneedle.co.uk .. Please contact us first for a RMA number.

I believe I have a faulty item, what is your returns policy?

Faulty goods are extremely rare, but genuine claims for faulty items, ( not misused or accidentally damaged by incorrect installation or operation)  will be replaced or refunded and original shipping cost returned. Contact us first for an RMA number before returning any item   info@gettheneedle.co.uk
